Every bag we make is a one-of-a-kind piece, made just for you. ✨
Because of this custom process, we do not currently offer returns or refunds on any items. However, we are always available to assist you with any concerns or questions regarding your order.
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us at lilymade.itt@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving your order with the order number and a picture and we will do our best to support you and find an appropriate solution where possible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the situation and assist you accordingly.
